According to the law of Ukraine, swimwear cannot be exchanged.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide, except for Russia and Belarus. Orders are shipped via Nova Post and InPost, with a typical delivery time of 7-14 days. However, due to the ongoing war in Ukraine, delivery times may vary. Please note, there is no exchange or return service for international orders due to shipping time.The Buyer has the right to exchange or return the received Product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, except for Products that are not eligible for exchange or return. The returned Product must be sent by the Buyer with all tags and labels, in the same condition in which it was delivered.
If the Buyer refuses the Product, the Seller will refund the cost of the returned Product within 3 business days from the date the returned Product is received by the Seller. The refund will be issued to the person indicated in the Product order and will be processed by transferring the paid amount to the Client's bank card.
Items in the "Underwear" category (socks, knee-highs, tights, and underwear), as well as items in the "Swimsuits and Swim Trunks" category, are non-returnable.
